Bilateral agreement between China and France on new Driving License regulations
A successful visit from Jean-Yves Le Drian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, on September 13-14 to Beijing, has led to the conclusion of an old bilateral agreement case that has been under negotiation for many years between France and China : the mutual recognition of driving licenses.
