WeChat management
HI-COM has been in charge of Synergetic WeChat account management for three months, and published 11 articles including marketing topic selection, copywriting, layout design,and community lottery activities. HI-COM leveraged its own advantages to actively carry out KOL/KOCs cooperation activities on the WeChat platform. The achievement including that Synergetic Wechat account has abtained over 1500 followers in three months, followers increasing rate up to 191.3%; WeChat account impression was over 7343; total follower after 12 month exceeded 10 000; and online stores’ monthly traffic was over 150,000 UVs.
Xiaohongshu platform management:
HI-COM assisted Synergetic with three-month account management on the Xiaohongshu platform, and published a total of 44 articles covering marketing topic selection, copywriting, layout design, as well as the third-party lottery interactive activities on the platform. The number of Synergetic’s followers increased by 195% in three months thanks to HI-COM. The number of notes views in Synergetic’s official Red account was over 15, 600. HI-COM also launched cooperation activities with KOLs and KOCs on the Xiaohongshu platform. Each month, 10-15 KOCs conducted recommendations on the Red platform. From April to June, the total number of exposures to KOL+KOC recommendations was 243, 564 times, brand interactions was over 7027 times in total. In august we ran a large KOL+KOC campaing including 100 talents creating and posting content about the brand’s hero products. Total exposure of the campaign exceeded 500k views, getting more than 2000 actions in engagement.
