As a first step, we entrusted the translation of the source English document to a native Chinese translator as well as a native Japanese translator.
After translation was delivered, our reviewers proofread and edited the document, to ensure that the translation provided is as accurate as possible. We then sent the translated documents to our graphic designers so that they can integrate the layout.
Once the work of our graphic designer finished, we did proofreading ones more before delivering it to the client.
