Aim:

Attracting Chinese Travelers to Spain


Overview:

  • Spanish travel association looking to attract more tourists from China.
  • One travel KOL together with the content creation team (3 members) were invited for a 5-day trip to 3 different cities in Spain to create content and publish on Weibo and WeChat about her experiences.
  • The KOL engaged with sponsors of the trip, airlines, hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls to create a wholesome travel experience and brand awareness for all parties.

Campaign Takeaways:

During the highly successful five-day trip, the influencer was able to experience and review the locations, services and products of all the sponsors involved. 80% of the KOL’s followers are young educated Chinese women in their 30s with travel experience and disposable income for travel.
